In April of this year, the people of Ireland—farmers, truckers, hauliers, and umpteen others from all walks of life—brought the Government of Ireland to its knees. Through sheer people power, we launched the most powerful mass movement this country has seen since the water charges protests.

The legacy organisations no longer represent the trades and interest groups which they claim to represent—the people who run them simply do what FF & FG tell them to do. That is why we are now building an organisation which will truly fight for the people.
